职位描述
Responsibilities：
- Manage the management control team;
- Plant cost control and operating coordination ,take lead of plant cost reduction ;
- Ensure and maintain consistent and timely financial reporting and provide daily, weekly, monthly reports to top management and communicate with HQs finance department ;
- Take the responsible for annual budget，monthly rolling forecast and corresponding analysis;
- Check inventory accuracy and provision in ERP, to secure the stock reliability;
- Supervise the standard & actual production in costing functions covering i).review and analyze production variances in materials and labor costs ii).assist production and process & technology dept. to review the production result and look for cost saving and efficiency improvement opportunities ;
- Support the investment approval process, track and review capex spending;
- Internal control management
- Other tasks assigned by N+1 from time to time
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree majored in Finance or Accounting
- Semi-senior accountant
- At least 5 years working experience，within 2 years in accountancy in international environment
- English: fluent
- An experience in SAP will be appreciated
