-Establish and manage plant targets for financial / strategic planning, controlling and reporting, product costing, risk management and corporate governance topics.

-Responsible for the coordination of SAP implementation for the plant.

- Manage Financial targets for MAHLE Hubei plant.

-Prepares presentations for Management Meeting and present to the management team as required.

-Apply transfer pricing policy for inter-company transactions.

-Provides direction to strengthen company’s competitive position through capital resource planning and effective cost control analysis and cost reduction programs

-Directs timing and participation in the forecast / capital and Business planning cycle

-Coordinates / Directs plant functional managers to meet key objectives and support General Manager to ensure business performance targets are met

-Supports tax accounting function for the company and works with outside firms to minimize risk and payments

-Work with Corporate financial staff to provide reporting package of the company

-Provides monthly review analysis of results achieved versus plan and forecast

-Works with management to minimize working capital investment and oversee credit and collection function

-Evaluates business case, customer quotation process and financial issues of customer negotiations

-Work with finance to ensure adequate financial resources are available and the strategic growth objectives of the plant.

-Interface with lenders, customers, suppliers, audit firms and legal firms to ensure compliance and cost effectiveness

-International business experience and Strategic experience in forecasting and planning cycles

-Minimum 3 years of international controlling / finance experience

-Good communication / coordination skills to work-peers and subordinators

-Fluent English skill in oral and written.
