Ideal Candidate

• University degree in Sales, Marketing or other related disciplines with minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar role
• Experience in commercial real estate will be a definite advantage
• Good command over spoken English and native Mandarin
• Strong team player also ability to work independently
• Proven success in selling service solutions through direct sales within a business-to business in China
• Professional and clear communication skills coupled with the ability to network at high level and build strong business relationships.

The Role

• Overall responsibility for the sales and operations of a business centre in a remote or independent market
• Focus on generating new sales, achieving and maintain centre sales targets, whilst growing and retaining existing clients through the delivering of exceptional customer services
• Drives and maximize service revenue through up selling and selling variable services to new and existing clients
• Proactively manages the renewal process working to retain every long term clients
