工作职责描述：
POSITION OVERVIEW
This position will belong to BSAS ITSE ATR Testing Center. It is specifically focused on performance testing. The role involves interacting with a global and matrixed team, consisting of individuals in worldwide team and regional team. Candidates for this position should have strong testing domain knowledge and excellent knowledge in performance test techniques.

RESPONSIBILITIES
·Create and maintain performance test strategy and detailed process
·Define performance test scopes
·Create and maintain performance test plan
·Record and enhance performance test scripts
·Carry out performance tests
·Provide performance analysis and write test report
·Communicate with the customer and understand the requirement of customer

所需能力：
·Degree in Computer Science or related subject
·Over 3 years experience in performance testing
·Familiar with theory and methods of software performance testing
·Proficient with Performance testing tools like LoadRunner over different protocols.
·Strong knowledge to support performance analysis and root cause identification
·Experience in Linux, Unix is preferred.
·Familiar with Oracle, DB2 or MSSQL
·Basic knowledge in network.
·Proven strong written and verbal communication skills
·Working collaboratively with peers, leadership team, at multiple levels within the organization. Meet commitments and builds trust.
