职位描述
Job Description:
* Administer customer orders, deliveries
* Process orders, follow the procedures of production, feedback the
latest status of delviery according to
customers' requires.
* To ensure order fulfillment, product
scheduling and expediting
* Co-ordinating with the Logistic on
the overseas shipment with the freight forwarder
* Administer & Monitor shipment schedules
* Provide total customer satisfaction by meeting their needs and requirements
* Acknowledge PO to local and overseas customers
* Maintaining the central filing system :
a) Customers' purchase order.
b) Packing slip and Invoices. packing & invoice accoring to
customers' various format and requirement.
c) Customers'
acknowledged delivery note.
* Interface with production on delivery commitment
* Administer the issuance of Invoices, Delivery Orders, Payments
* Maintain the Mercury
* Report informative news / progress activities to the management
* Follow up on New Project and Engineering change notice from customer
if any
* Reporting the forecasted volume and actual qty
shipped
* Providing the report requested by Counting Dept
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Your Profile:
* College course preferably a graduate of Business Administration and with 1 year minimum experience in related
job;
* Good knowledge in ISO 9000/TS 16949;
* Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
