Key Responsibilities:

1: Planning and Forecasting

Coordinate the planning and forecasting process and monitor the deviation to ensure the delivery of the results. Manage standard costing (ICP) process to ensure full compliance with corporate rules (ACM).

2: Reporting & Analysis

Maintain PC reporting process for a reliable and timely submission of financial information to PC management team.

3: Performance Management

Track production center performance, monitor the deviation and raise major risks to function head.

4. Controlling

Ensure that all decisions are made and activities executed under full consideration of all financial implications. Identify and assess business opportunities and risks and give recommendations to improve agility and productivities of PC.

5. Compliance Management

Act as “contact window” to accounting team to ensure internal control process (i.e. procurement) is executed in PC with higher degree of confidence.

6. People Management

Manage direct reports to achieve the agreed targets by leading, coaching, monitoring and motivating them to go beyond their roles and responsibilities.

7. Project Management

Support company projects with adequate analysis, tracking and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:

·Bachelor degree of Finance / Accounting;

·Above 5 Years working experience ideally in manufacturing industry;

·Good command of English, familiar with MS office and ERP system, SAP is preference;

·Ability to design and coordinate construction of business improvement;

·Strong communication skills;

·Self-motivated, good team work spirit.
