1、负责培训课程团队的销售管理工作：计划、执行、控制与反馈，带领团队完成公司的销售目标；

2、负责团队人员管理工作：团队建设、培训指导及评估等；

3、对公司CRM系统管理、报表的分析、应收款的日常事务性工作；

4、解决团队的突发问题，为团队发展提供建设性意见；

5、参与及执行上级安排的其他工作。

岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历；

2、3年以上15-20人的销售团队管理经验，具备较强的市场分析、营销、拓展能力，熟悉本市培训行业产品、市场状态及拥有客户资源者优先；

3、优秀的协调能力、执行力、问题解决能力及抗压能力；

4、富有强烈的进取心、团队精神、高度的责任心.。
