General 概述
Responsibility for hot and cold water supply system, drainage system, fire water system equipment operation, management and maintenance. Responsibility for sewage treatment system operation management and maintenance.
负责冷热供水系统、排水系统、消防水系统设备的运行管理和维修保养；负责污水处理系统运行管理和维修保养。
Specific
？ Ensure equipment operability rate, emergency breakdown maintenance, ensure normal operation of shopping centre.
确保工程部设备的完好率，设备的紧急故障维修，保证购物中心的正常营业。
？ Assist with engineer work, implement task assigned by leader.
协助工程师开展工作，贯彻执行购物中心管理层及工程师下达的各项指示和管理精神。
？ Regular maintenance and make plan for life water, hot water, FA, sprinkler equipment.
对生活冷水，生活热水，消防，喷淋等系统的设备要经常进行维保检修并做计划。
？ Perform the management and operation of the boiler room. Strictly abide by national standard, strict implementation of the boiler of operation.
执行锅炉房的管理及操作应严格遵守国家标准，严格执行锅炉使用规定。
？ Perform daily inspection, monitoring work. Timely identify and report problems, arrangement staff solve problem.
每天应对所辖范围进行巡视，检查，发现问题及时安排人员进行处理。
？ Strict control of energy use, report the use of energy status, perform energy saving task.
严格控制能源使用，根据要求上报能源的使用情况，做好一切节能工作。
？ Strict control material usage, inspect and management material. Ensure plumbing system normal operation. Reach national municipal drainage, sewage water quality requirement.
要求自己所管员工在工作中做到不浪费公司材料，并合理安排和使用，严格执行清理检查，保证购物中心排水畅通，并且符合国家市政排水，排污水质要求。
？ Provide air, water, electricity, fire alarm, gas professional technical parameters.
应能提供空、水、电、消防、燃气专业的技术参数。
？ Assist management the contractor on site work.
协助管理外包公司的现场工作。
？ Implement company environmental policy, energy saving policy. Strengthen the consciousness of environmental protection.
贯彻我司环保方针，节电节水，提高环保节约意识。
Qualifications任职资质
？ Degree of high school or secondary education. Degree of college was preferred. Three years plumbing work experience is required,
最低高中、中专学历，给排水工作经验为三年以上。最佳学历：大专，给排水工作经验为三年以上。
？ Related certificate is required.
持有相关技能证书。
？ With facility, equipment operation, maintenance and repair experience is required.
具有设备设施的维护、保养、检修工作经验。
？ Good plan and team cooperation, organization and implement ability.
具备计划实施能力，团队协作能力，组织协调能力。
？ Two shifts, shift working time are 12 hours.
两班制，每班工作时间为12小时。
