- Identify, Coach, and Develop Suppliers

- Assess and improve supplier manufacturing processes and quality systems

- Work to develop and improve Quality Metrics (PPM Suspect, Cost, Delivery)

- Ensure supplier understanding and compliance to Delphi's Advanced Product Quality Planning process (APQP) and current production tasks

- Ensure supplier's capacity meet Delphi Global Supply Management requirements

- Support New Products and activities

- Ensure Flawless Launch of New Product

- Support identification and Selection of new suppliers

- Support divisional quality goals in the region

- Utilize available tools such as cost modeling, and lean concepts to execute strategies to meet supply management objectives

Qualifications
Experience:

- High Interpersonal Skills and Communication Skills (Mandarin & English)

- Global Perspective

- Problem Solving Skills, Organizational and goal oriented Skills

- Tenacious personality & ability to make things happen

- Good command of APQP, PPAP etc.

- Industry specific (consumer electronics) knowledge

- Min 2 years shop floor experience is a must

- Previous experience working with suppliers preferred

- Ability and willingness to travel extensively

- Demonstrated ability to work independently

- Instructor/facilitator

Experience Education:

4 year technical degree (Bachelor) with 4-7 years relevant experience or2 year technical degree (Associate) with 7-10 years relevant experience
