Job Duties:

1、Carries out duties for a specific area of HR under the direction of an HR Director or Manager
2、May manage specialized HR system(s)
3、May assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
4、Applies strong working knowledge of HR and / or specialty area to assignments
5、Provides outstanding customer service
6、Serves as backup for other HR team members

Job Requirements & Skills:
1、Minimum 3 years experience
2、Bachelors in Human Resources or equivalent required
3、Knows and applies fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of HR / specialty
4、Strong Communication Skills
5、Familiarity with and ability to use HRIS tools
6、Knowledge of and ability to use communication and technology tools used within Remy International
