工作目的 Main Purpose

根据客户需求制定相应的物料计划以保证生产，同时将库存控制在合理水平，减少额外费用的发生

Make release schedule for materials to ensure the production according to customers requests and cost control as well, meanwhile reduce extra cost for logistics

主要工作 Main Missions

根据客户的需求，公司的产能和库存目标制定物料需求计划（MRP）及控制成本

Make weekly release schedule (MRP) for materials according to “Delivery Plan” of the customers and capacity & stock objective of the company, cost control as well

全程跟踪订单并确保收货数量与种类与订单要求一致

Be in charge of release schedule follow up and ensure the materials should be received as order requests

对切换件进行跟踪，并对产生的OBS进行分析

Follow up the ECR parts, and analyse the OBS reason after changing

根据物料需求计划与国内外供应商进行联系

Contact with suppliers home and abroad for material supply

对供应商绩效进行评估

Supplier performance estimation

对供应商产能进行调查

Investigate the supplier production ability

每月完成库存分析

Make segmentation analysis for each month

相应数据的系统维护

Input data to ERP system

任职资格 Qualification

三年以上汽车行业材料计划经验（熟悉SAP系统优先）

3 years above automotive industry area working experience (fimilar with SAP system is preferred)

大学本科以上学历，具备英文听说读写能力

Bachelor degree or above, good English skills, including listening and oral

强烈的责任心，能专注细节，能承受压力

Strong responsibility, can endure high pressure

有良好的沟通能力

Good communication skills

熟练操作办公软件（Word, EXCEL, Powerpoint等）

Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PPT)
