职位描述:

Automatism Engineer Main Mission
·Cooperate with Industrial Engineer and Mechanical Design Engineer; from technical side, support the supplier and validate the electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, automatic and HMI design of machine supplier.
·Ensure the conformity of safety and government regulation for the design and component used by the supplier
·Participate the development of new finishing machine supplier
·Ensure the technical support for plant, and also the know-how transfer to plant
·Innovate, realize and ensure the reliability for new automatism or machine conception.
·Ensure the technical exchanging with INERGY Worldwide.
Qualification
· Bachelor major in Automatism or Industrial IT; At least 2 years’ experience for PLC programming or automatism design
· Good automatic, electric, pneumatic and hydraulic knowledge
· Mastery of SIEMENS PL7 programming
· Mastery of HMI IN-TOUCH programming
· Mastery of plastic material machining and welding process control
· Good knowledge for the plastic material used in INERGY
· Basic programming for database management· Good English level (speaking, listening, reading and writing: fluent)
· Good communication capacity with project core team, domestic or foreign supplier, plant and INERGY engineer in worldwide
· Good supplier management capacity (domestic and foreign supplier)
· Competence for analyzing, solving the problem and building the action plan
· Competence for formalizing and transferring the know-how
