After Sales Manager

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

I am responsible to actively create the conditions for a successful shopping experience through securing the highest possible level of after sales in my store.

As to secure a complete satisfied shopping process, IKEA store offers home delivery service, assembling service and installation service with reasonable charge. These services are always provided by service vendors.

I play an important role in securing the service standard of service vendors as well as full-serve handout area.


ASSIGNMENT

Customer

? I am responsible for ESP competence development, Evaluate and follow-up customer satisfaction regarding home delivery.

? I take active responsibility that the co-workers within the area have a customer friendly attitude

? I provide prompt response & solve customer issues with urgency

Commercial / business

? Store delivery capacity planning and forecast setting to secure the home delivery business

? Secure the service standard implement

? Develop the service offer

? To support sales by securing a waiting time of handout in align with global standard: 7+1 with the excellent co-worker schedules

? ESP on site monitor and management, Evaluate and follow-up using the check-list of service standard & customer commitment in Home Delivery documentation

? Summarized input, sharing data to the store

? Implement the picking and delivery

? Take the active responsibility to manage the sub-contractors in a good way in align with the agreement in service contract, which ensure the service level at all time according to sales’ need


People

? I Support and develop installation specialist and inspection specialist competence

? Coach and build up IKEA competence through providing direction, creating motivation and building trust

? Have the ability to create an environment where the IKEA values are a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and visitors ,

? I Bring out the best in co-workers and attract, develop and inspire the organization. Securing that each

? Financial

Follow-up costs and KPIs and use these as a base for steering the operation towards the agreed targets in the annual business plan

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

(Logistics/Supply Chain Management preferred) or Proven performance in logistics/commercial/supply Chain management

Significant IKEA management & leadership experience or extensive high volume or multi unit retail management experiences

Experience of setting and implementing action plans,Setting budgets and following up goals

Strong knowledge and practical experience from working in IKEA Retail and/or supply Chain logistics and/or high volume Home Delivery Provider

The ability to work through others, set priorities,Delegate responsibility and to give open and honest

Strong analytical skills and process orientation.

The ability to work on tactical and operational levels.

The ability to explain visions and purpose. Experience in taking decisions based on prioritisation and needs

A deep understanding of the key performance measurement and follow-up tools used to develop the store. This includes the Brand Capital, the Customer Satisfaction Index, Commercial Review, the VOICE co-worker survey and financial reports.

Coaching and facilitating skills

Ability to work with timelines and schedules and maintain deadlines

A passion for retail business

Proven negotiation skills and capability to work with

提供提货和送货服务

负责按照符合服务合同的良好方式管理分包商,从而确保我们的服务水平始终符合销售需要

以往工作经验和技术

具有可胜任物流/商业/供应部门工作的能力,拥有在物流部门/供应链管理部门的工作经验更佳

具有制定和执行行动方案、设定预算和跟进目标的经验

能够与他人合作、分清事情的轻重缓急、合理分配职责,并能保持开放诚实的态度

具备良好的分析能力,并注重过程

能够胜任战略和运营层面的工作

能够清楚阐释愿景和目标,具备根据优先级和需要进行决策的经验
