Cooperate with other organizations to make the best supplier selection for the plant

Supervise buyers to negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with outside suppliers

Develop and maintain sourcing strategies for Wuhan in cooperation with globle sourcing team

Manage supplier commercial issues and ensure compliance to processes, policies, and procedures

Establish annual material budget and perform monthly performance analysis

Work with buyers to develop and implement plans to meet budgeted material cost savings

Support teamwork and create an environment fostering creativity and excellence

Strengthen team with appropriate training, coaching, and by having the right people in the right place

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma or Degree in Logistics Management or equivalent

Good knowledge of MS office and Warehouse Management System

Good command both in Oral and written English skill.

Familiar with TS16949 System.

Good problem solving, interpersonal skills and leadership qualities

Fluent English is a must requirement.
