职责:

负责MySQL系统数据库的安装、调试、备份、灾难性恢复， 以及其他维护工作。协同软件开发人员设计应用数据库，调试优化应用数据 SQL 逻辑。

要求：

1. 2年以上MySQL DBA相关工作经验；

2. 熟悉数据库理论，熟悉数据库模型设计，包括逻辑设计和物理设计；

3. 熟悉MySQL数据库的设计、操作、调优，能根据项目需求设计出良好结构的数据库；

4. 有丰富的SQL经验，熟练编写MySQL下的存储过程，能与程序员进行良好的沟通、协调，设计出合理的系统结构。精通MySQL的各种性能调优技术；

5. 精通MySQL集群管理，对Replication、Cluster、Partitioning、Sharding等技术有深入了解和实际经验；

6. 熟练使用linux/unix操作系统； 熟悉linux脚本，有使用脚本语言编程的工作经验；

7. 具有高度的工作责任心和敬业精神，具有良好的团队合作精神和沟通技巧；

8. 有大型数据库设计管理经验优先。
