Job description:
The Manufacturing/Product Support team consists of highly trained and motivated engineers. Each member will be expected to become expert in all aspects of QCS/WIS Product/Production with a view to supporting same. The aim is to develop and maintain efficient manufacturing systems, producing the maximum volume of high-quality product at the lowest cost and in the shortest time.
Manufacturing Support engineers work to support the entire production process from supply management through fabrication, assembly, and test. They will also be expected to support the Request for Custom Feature Quote (RCFQ) process as required.
Each team member is both individually and collectively responsible for product quality and health and safety in the workplace, with a drive towards continuous improvement. They will be expected to work with all member of the production team to develop and maintain efficient manufacturing systems, producing high-quality product without any quality issue.
Work activities:
- Creating the Specification BOM for the project.
- Creating the cabinet and its relevant wiring drawing
- Support the sales team and the spare parts team
- Production support for the Sensors, Actuators, Scanners and auxiliaries
- Handling the Request for Custom Feature Quote (RCFQ)
- Developing a project specification with colleagues, often including those from other engineering disciplines;
- Discussing and solving complex problems with manufacturing departments, suppliers and Product Development
- Making sure that the product can be made again reliably and that it will perform consistently in specified operating environments;
- Traveling will be there as when needed.
Requirements:
Resources with Electrical Engineering with 3+ year’s experience
· Who have good knowledge in the electrical design with relevant experience
· Good analog and digital design is added advantage
· A proven track record of professional and creative approach to solving diverse engineering problems.
· Ability to work in a self-motivated way as well as in a team.
· Ability to demonstrate a persistent nature and an inquisitive approach.
· Good written and verbal communication skills. Fluent English required.
· Ability to demonstrate a fundamental understanding of a range of different types of technologies.
