EXAMPLES OF WORK

- Set-up and install new computer hardware and software.

- May create HTML/DHTML, and digital graphics including buttons, toolbars, and icons.

- Instruct end users in basic techniques for printing, e-mail and other network systems.

- Provide help desk support and troubleshooting for network telephone and computer system.

-Responsible for the IS Help Desk Requests, to include weekly status updates to management and staff.

- Comply with all safety rules, including the proper use of safety equipment.

- Responsible for daily data backup and routine network system maintenance.

- May cross train in other areas of the organization.

- Perform other work as required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Associates degree in computer sciences or its equivalent of education, training and experience.

- One year computer technical support experience in corporate environment.

- Working knowledge of network infrastructure (Wired and Wireless) and troubleshooting, networking topologies, and basic network wiring systems.

- Basic Knowledge of AD.

- Considerable knowledge of PC hardware(desktop and laptop) and software(Windows, OS, Office, application system).

- Experience on setting and troubleshooting office equipment like printer, scanner, telecom.

- Customer-service oriented, dedicated and quick learning, team work spirit, careful and integrity.

Job Description:

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor of science degree in computer science or its equivalent of education, training and experience.

- Two years computer technical support experience in a corporate setting.

- Some prior computer training experience.

- Knowledge of database administration using SQL.

- Knowledge of internet/intranet and web page design and setup.
