RESPONSIBILITIES:
1、Responsible for formulation of tender strategies, preparation of tender and contract documents and advise clients in tender assessment and evaluation
2、Developing cost plans, project budget, estimation of quantities and final account
3、Assist Project Manager in contract negotiations, cost analysis, budget control, variations
4、Contract administration including certifying interim payments and variation, advise PM on contract issues

REQUIREMENTS:
1、Degree in QS or related disciplines with professional membership
2、HKIS or MRICS qualification preferred
3、Minimum 5 years experience in QS China experience
4、M&E QS consultancy background in industrial factory building would be an advantage
5、Proficient in Chinese and English

2、具有香港测量师学会或MRICS资格者优先

5、可将英语作为工作语言使用
