Plant Manager(工厂经理-沈阳)
Within the framework of the budget, legal constraints and according to the Integrated Management System, he/she carries out the overall management of the unit for human, technical, economic and administrative issues
1) Manage their unit
Ensures product delivery to customers
Decides production site programme
Ensures achievements of the plant objectives and coordinates appropriate actions
Makes his teams focused on the short and medium term objectives to be reached
Fixes and controls individual objectives and the objectives of the team
Adapts, organizes and manages the resources of the different production cells by taking into consideration attendances/absences
Implements continuous improvement in the modes of organization and operations to focus on more responsibility and autonomy for better quality, productivity, flexibility and reactivity
Leads the Management committee of the site
Ensures the interface with the support functions of the site
Optimises the costs on its APU and to a global extend on the site
Control the application of the safety requirements
Makes all the operational decisions in its field and according to its perimeter of responsibilities
2) Accompanies the daily work
Guarantees the communication within the site and with its environment
Promotes the collective interest compared to the individual interests
Knows the problems encountered by each one down to the operator
Provides assistance and listens to their team to understand what they live, helps them to see the difficulties of their teams and understand problems
Helps their team to carry out tasks by giving clear advice or a constructive questioning of current situation
3) Instigates and improves the production system
Envisages new customer needs for their site, transforms its APU to adapt to new requirements and updates either the means, the organization, or employee skills to be in line with the Group HR policy
Follows supplier performance and coordinates associated action plans with the purchasing
Improves the overall productivity of processes and flows
Prepare the APU with the products/process updates
Manages continues improvement (productivity, quality, organization, safety, environment, use of tool systems, order, cleanliness)
Encourages involvement of everyone in progress (suggestions system, progress plans: 5S, SMED, TPM, kanban, Problem solving groups, etc.)
Achieves the annual goals of progression on the APU within the framework of the group and site’s medium-term guidelines
Structures, controls and optimizes the customer/supplier relation with the support departments
4) Ensure economic management
Analyses with the controller income variations of Profit& Loss (budgeted/actual),
Puts in place appropriate action plans of resolution of the anomalies and controls their effectiveness.
Decides action plans allowing to achieve and improve the goals laid down by Industrial Group Management, and the necessary indicators to be followed-up.
Coordinates the annual and long-term budget realization of the site
5) Ensure the application of the capital investments program
Analyses with the controller variations of P&L (budgeted/actual),
Proposes the annual plan of investment of the Unit
Takes part in the approval decisions for the investment plan referring to the viability studies.
Realizes and/or controls the application of the investment program approved for the Unit
6) Manages & Leads activity
According to the business activity objectives, establishes action plans and coordinates in a consistent way the missions of his/her team
Proposes and controls the annual operational budget of activity
Proposes necessary resources to achieve objectives and puts in place the necessary actions for the changes in staff (recruitment, changes, dismissals), and the investments according to the budget and social constraints
Follows activity performance indicators, sets up corrective actions if necessary, and communicates them to teams
Carries out the annual appraisal interviews, lays down the objectives of his/her team, by associating the functional ones then ensures itself of the deployment on the L-1 levels and L-2
Develops employee skills and proposes necessary training to maintain performance working with the Staff Manager
Advises employees for their evolutions in agreement with the staff manger and supports internal mobility
Proposes the wage increases, in agreement with the functional person in charge within the framework for the HR Group policy
Pays attention to maintain team motivation and a positive working climate
Controls and approves expense notes (trips, ...), absence requests for their team
Ensures updates of job definitions according to group processes
7) Make sure that reports and reporting documents of activity are done
8) Ensures quality/safety/logistics/environmental/production management
With the Quality Manager of the site, integrates the group objectives regarding quality, safety and environment in the site progress plan
Names the persons in charge and controls achievement of action plans
Analyses with the Quality Manager all the sources of Non Quality Costs (CNQ), names the persons in charge for completing analysis and improvement plans
Controls that any internal and external incident is taken into account, ensures the implementation of corrective action plans and the communication of best practices
Leads research for optimisation of flows of the Unit, from the request for provisioning (customers +suppliers) until the delivery to the final customer
Ensures development of auto-control, versatility, multi skills by implementing process drivers, flow controllers and/or autonomous groups
Co-ordinates research of productivity improvements for products and processes, helps the persons in charge in the implementation for the validation plans and commitment for the costs related to these developments
Integrates the objectives laid down by Industrial Group Management into the site progress plan (efficiency improvement (T.R.S.), labour effectiveness (MO), levels of stock, Time of tool changeovers...)
Defines the various persons in charge and controls achievement of their action plans
Controls the order and the cleanliness of their Unit.
Controls compliance with procedures.
Analyses results of the customer’s audits, M.P.P, internal audits and controls actions referring to them.
Decides on any necessary actions to deliver to customers meeting Quality, Cost Delays (Q.C.D.)requirements
9)Ensures accounting
Controls relative countable charges and invoicing necessary for the good management of its unit.
Controls the implementation of the actions required as per internal or external audits.
10)Ensures the legal and social responsibility
Ensures the legal and disciplinary responsibility for every person present in a temporary or permanent way on the site
Decides possible disciplinary actions, for all temporarily or permanent workers, relative with the compliance of the goods and the people, schedules, safety, hygiene requirements and respect of the environment, etc
Represents the Board of directors of the company with respect to the internal social actors (EC, CHS CT, representatives of the workers) and externally with the company (trade unions, commune, town hall, organizations of prevention of the risks, medical monitoring...)
Represents the company and assumes its responsibility in the event of judgement for a litigation in social matter, an industrial accident or an ecological accident
Represents the company and assumes its responsibility in the event of ascribable bankruptcy with a bad management
Checks the security of all the processes, by the evaluation of competences, the development of the versatility of the people (training, internal evolution & mobility) and the development of intervention plans
Requirements
-Candidates with over 10 year’s exp in plant management
-Proficient in both oral and written
-Bachelor degree or above
-knows plastic, familiar with TS16914, management tools.
-Result-oriented, detail-focus
