工作职责：

1.负责大生产阶段压机压制、窑炉烧结、磨床磨加工不同工段的工艺改进，包括产品的可靠性认证，合格率和失效分析等；

2.跟踪每天的生产，解决现场发生的质量、成本和效率等方面的问题；

3.负责生产过程中一般生产技术问题的分析和解决，维护工艺文件的完整、正确性；

4.参与新产品开发后期的新产品导入及工艺评审。

岗位要求：

1.本科以上学历，材料工程学专业（最好是无机非金属材料工程、材料物理专业），或机械、电气专业；

2.5年以上中、大型生产制造工厂的现场工程师相关工作经验；

3.具备有限元分析和统计分析知识的能力；

4.优秀的英语听、读、写能力；
