工作职责（工作地点在：汉南区幸福园3路18号，介意距离者勿投）：

1.TS16949建立及维护，产品审核/过程审核/内审/第三方审核/第二方审核策划与实施，并跟踪相关行动的有效性；文件/图纸管理；不合格品进行控制和处理；

2.武汉工厂质量团队管理，包括：员工招聘/培训/认证，日常工作安排，以及绩效评估；

3.原辅材料接收控制，半成品/成品日常质量控制；日常质量问题的反馈，并协调解决方案与跟踪；

4.参与客户投诉内部分析和行动；

5.量具计量和校检；

6.完成质量经理安排的其它事项。

岗位要求：

1.理工科本科及以上学历；

2.两年及以上质量体系管理经验；熟悉TS16949建立及运行，有独立组织策划体系内审的经验；熟悉APQP和PPAP流程和文件编制；熟悉质量工具；

3.有质量主管经历，优先考虑；

4.能够使用英语进行日常听说读写；

5.有较强的团队合作和沟通及抗压能力；

6.熟练使用Microsoft office。
