1.JOB PURPOSE
职位目标
The role holder is responsible for sub-contract manufacture and proprietary purchases of goods and services in China. The role is varied and will encompass responsibility for business development, marketing and project management activity.

2. JOB ACTIVITIES
工作内容
· Inform suppliers of company specific equipment, process and contractual requirements, check understanding and monitor outputs.
· 报告供应商拥有的详细设备情况，工作流程和其它合同约定的要求。检查供应商对合同内容的了解程度并监督产品是否合格。
· Expedite sub-contract manufacture.
· 保证合同顺利执行。
· Provide sub contract progress reports and programmes to internal customers, in a timely manner.
· 及时为国内客户提供项目进程报告和计划安排。
· Ensure acceptable levels of sub-contract workmanship and quality are achieved.
· 确保项目中生产工人的技术水平，生产工艺符合要求。
· Develop new and existing processes to improve quality of the product produced, enhance efficiencies, reduce lead times and drive down costs.
