Q5 provides a complete innovation value chain from evaluating new market opportunities and early R&D through to commercialisation and international technology transfer. We work with individual companies, technology transfer offices, and industrial parks to help create vibrant innovation ecosystems that can generate new value and drive economic opportunity.
In China, we help companies understand the market, find partners, form companies, settle into business accelerators and identify and support various funding opportunities from both public and private sources. We work with a diverse portfolio of high growth potential companies with proven technologies across the Cleantech, ICT, Biotech, and Nanotech/New Materials sectors.
Leveraging its inside knowledge and experience, Q5 helps companies plan, manage and implement projects across China, from licensing to setting up wholly owned foreign enterprises (WOFEs), aligned to our clients’ needs and business goals.
Unlike many large consulting firms, Q5 is committed to our client’s long term success in China, sharing the risk and success. Depending on the project we can exchange upfront fees for equity.


【能力要求】

本科及以上学历，经济管理类、商务英语类专业优先

熟练掌握英语，口语流利

人品善良，性格开朗、直率；责任心、事业心强，能承受工作压力，团队协作能力佳

有严密的逻辑思维能力和全面的分析判断能力，较强的统筹协调能力，书面及口头表达能力优秀

熟练运用Office办公套件（Word, Excel, Powerpoint）

【岗位职责】

协助总经理对公司进行团队管理

负责来访的接待、商务随行

配合总经理开展项目管理工作

为总经理提供文案及会面的翻译工作，协助安排外出行程
