Key Tasks:

·To store new customer rate agreements (mainly rates related to outgoing invoices) in the rate engine of SAP-TM, that the data is automatically available during invoice creation.

·To maintain & update customer rate agreements in SAP TM system, i.e. to make sure that always the current valid and correct data is in the system.
The information which needs to be maintained and updated will be provided by the BU’s.

·In charge for support /contact/communication with APAC BUs, also in order to continuously improve the service for standardized and more automatic invoicing process in the BU’s

·To administrate and organize the received data and information from APAC BUs. To check for completeness and correctness of the received data. Administrate the data.

·To support Business Units to use stored customer rate agreements (show and explain how the SAP TM system is working). Help the Business Units if the stored data is not working.
Find the root cause for the problem and solve the problem.

·Administration of general data that is related to the tariff administration in SAP TM.

·To take up additional tasks as assigned

Educational background / Work experience:

·Commercial education

·Working experience in freight forwarding / logistics is advantageous

·Working experience in administrational position is advantageous

Language skills:

·Good English and/or German knowledge in written and spoken

·Any other language is an advantage

Computer Literacy:

·Good Windows, Outlook, MS Office skills

·SAP know-how is an advantage
