Qualifications and Experience Required

Education:
Master degree (or above) in computer science, electrical engineering, geospatial, and other related areas

Work Backgrounds:
Minimum 3 years working experience with software development and system integration
Minimum 3 years project coordination and management experience
Solid programming experiences with C++/C#/Java/JavaScript/ASP.NET/HTML5/
XML/XSL/REST/Web Services
Good database knowledge and SQL programming skills
Familiar with mainstream software technologies
Familiar with IP/TCP/UDP data communication and transportation protocols
Familiar with fundamental networking routing and switching protocols
Good understanding and knowledge about wireless communication technologies
Proven experience or track records on project management a plus
Proven project experiences in smart city, emergency management, hydrology,
and geospatial industries a plus

Excellent English communication in oral and writing
Strong interpersonal skills
