Role of this position:

To instruct worker's operation.

Responsibility:

1.To work out technical process manual, standardize operation instruction;

编制工艺技术手册和作业指导书

2.To guide worker's operation;

3.To be in charge of management of worker and workshop on site.

工人以及车间现场管理

Requirement:

1.3 years and above experience of management of wokers in automobile industry;

三年及以上汽车工业工人管理经验

2.Be familiar with assembly process;

熟悉装配工艺

3.Good oral English is a plus
