- 岗位职责：In charge of editing and implementing the maintenance management policy.

- 负责编制工厂设备管理制度并组织实施。

- In charge of preventive maintenance plan and implement the maintenance plans on holidays.

- 负责编制工厂的预防性维护计划及节假日的检修计划并组织实施。

- Assist and instruct production dept. and other dept. to do first level service for equipment.

- 协助、指导生产部和其他相关部门对设备进行一级保养。

- Improve equipment so as to improve its efficiency and security.

- 负责不断的对设备进行改进，以提高设备的工作效率、安全系数等。

Organize maintenance team in daily repairing/ installing

- and regulating.

- 负责组织日常设备维修、安装与调试。

- In charge of maintenance training for maintenance dept. and other concerned dept.

- 负责本部门内的部分培训工作及对其他相关部门的设备类培训工作。

- Manage team members

- 管理团队成员。

- In charge of purchasing application for spare parts.

- 负责备品备件的申购计划及备品备件的管理。

- In charge of cost control of maintenance.

- 负责工厂维护成本的控制。

- In charge of communication and management with engineering suppliers and special equipment suppliers.

- 负责与工程类、特殊设备类的供应商的沟通与管理工作。

- In charge of stipulating and managing equipment file and technical resources.

- 负责设备台帐、档案、技术资料的制定和管理。

- Decrease accident and PAG in factory with EHS Manager and deal with emergency with other Dept.

- 与相关部门共同协作，降低工厂的安全事故及突发事故的应急处理。

- Participate in ISO9001.

ISO9001的相关工作。

Knowledge :

学历

- Machinery and Electric major (Bachelor degree at least)

- 机械与电气专业大学毕业

- Familiar with lost-wax foundry machines and equipments would be appreciate

- 了解失蜡精密铸造设备性能优先

- Equipment management experience in foundry or heat treatment field would be appreciated.

- 具有铸造类热加工企业设备管理工作者优先。

- Know well about safety management and relative national law

- 熟练掌握设备管理方法，熟悉安全管理知识及相关国家法律法规等

Experience :

经验

- at least 3 years gained in maintenance field.

- 具有相关设备管理与维修工作经历不少于3年。

- At least 2 years in department management experience

- 2年以上部门管理经验

- Had project management experience.

- 具备项目管理经验
