岗位职责：

1、对各会计提交的会计凭证及附件进行审核并过账；

2、每月底按关账控制流程的要求完成相关关账作业处理；

3、每月15日前完成会计一致性审核（Reconciliation）工作并提出改进意见；

4、每月按要求组织完成向东风和镇政府提交各类统计报表；

5、协助制定、贯彻和改善档案管理制度和流程；

6、根据相关制度进行合同管理，并督促合同签订和返回；

7、根据管理制度进行会计资料建档、移交、封存、销毁；

8、对日常业务进行风险审计与评价，确保业务处理和相应证据的合规性。

9、对日常业务发现问题提出初步改进措施，并在后续业务中督促改进措施的执行；

10、配合内控经理实施审计计划，配合母公司进行内部审计；

11、按时参加公司或部门要求参加的各种培训，并将新知识、新技术应用于工作，对现有工作中不足的地方作创新性的改善；

12、参与并配合公司推进实施财务会计信息化业务解决方案；

13、定期更细本岗位拥有的程序文件。

任职资格：

1、本科及以上学历，财务管理等相关专业；

2、熟悉财务管理制度和政策，五年以上制造业税收核算及财务核算工作经历；

3、具备较强学习能力，足够的耐心和仔细度，有高度的责任心和进取精神，积极性高，能承受较大工作压力；

4、能熟练使用财务电算化软件。
