职位描述:
汽车内外饰产品模具工程师（注塑模具）；
开模跟踪，模具跟踪过程文件的准备，包括访问记录、图片和实施计划等；
对于模具供应商的时间计划进行复核和控制；
根据客户和模具供应商的协商结果每周更新进度时间表；
分析确认模具供应商提供的个别时间表的细节，保证进度的可实现性；
保证子合同、模具供应商整改计划等是有效且符合客户要求；
确认任何可能的延迟，如果需要需提供一个有效的解决方案，必要时可以每隔6小时提供一个微计划；
根据客户的规范和设计检查确认模具的生产
监督模具制造过程，一旦确认模具误差，和模具供应商一起提供修模计划
根据客户的规范确认样件和模具钢的质量
确保正确遵循预定时间，保证工作安排、模具、模具供应商具有可追溯
　
任职资格：
须具备团队合作的意识和经验；须严格按照给定的流程和文件的要求，执行项目跟踪，报告及变更等程序；
须具备良好的沟通以及协调能力；
掌握注塑工艺和注塑模具知识
英语工作环境
汽车行业一级供应商模具项目管理工程师或模具公司项目主管者优先考虑；
具有汽车内外饰件注塑模具的设计经验者优先考虑；
具有岗位描述中的相同经验
国家统招本科学历理工科专业；
至少3年以上相关工作经验；
能适应长期或频繁出差；
跨国公司工作者优先考虑；
自觉自律，严谨细致，有责任心；
　
Job Description:
Automotive interior and exterior product tooling engineer ( Injection Tooling)
Tool tracking of tool makers in respect of “Tool Follow UP” procedure and prepare all documentation of this procedure, including visit report with evidence (pictures) and action plan if needed.
reviewing and controlling the timing of toolmakers:
Prepare time schedule according Client and Supplier’s agreement and update it every week；
Analyze and confirm individual detailed timing plans given by supplier, to ensure that it is on line with reality；
Ensure that all sub-contract work, planned by the supplier, should be validate according Client rules
Identify as early as possible, any delays, and if required introduce a recovery plan to resolve the situation； if needed a micro-plan can be used detailing 6 hours intervals；
Check conformity of the manufacturing of the tool according to the design and according to Client specification.
To monitor progress of tool manufacture, and work with supplier to prepare action plan if any deviation was identified
Check the conformity of standard element as well as steel quality according to Client specification.
Ensure proper timesheet booking and traceability by following number of hours per activity/ tool maker / tool.
　
Qualifications:
Have the team work awareness and experience; Execute a given process and documentation requirements strictly，make sure the consistency , such as project tracking report and EWO process.
Be good at communication and coordination
Injection process and injection tool knowledge mandatory;
Results orientation with strong written and oral communications skills;Working in English
Experienced in tire 1 or tire 2 for tooling engineer position preferred; Or experienced in tooling company for project management position preferred;
Experienced in drawing tooling preferred;
Experienced in tasks mentioned in JD;
Bachelor degree in engineering;
Minimum 3 years experience as a tooling engineer
Be able to adapt long-term on business travel;
International mind set, overseas experience a plus;
Consciously self-discipline, careful meticulous, responsible;
