Position Responsibility：
1.Act as a Role Model to the China Team
2.Maintain Positive and Respectful attitude
3.Act as a customer interface representing VECV in a professional manner
4.Follow up with customers to insure timely payments
5.Communicate regularly to reporting Manager with Weekly Opertating Reports (WOR) outlining weekly tasks and forecasted monthly revenue
6.Attend Monthly EMT Meetings and prepare supporting PPT with Sales Activities and quarterly financial projections
7.Responsible for China Sales, Marketing, and Branding of Eicher Engineering Solutions Engineering Services
8.Work with Global Team to develop Business Plan and Sales & Marketing strategies for China
9. Follow and Execute the Business Plan
10. Advise Senior Management of new markets and opportunities for corporate development
11. Provide Senior Management with market information, trends and economic conditions
12. Follow Corporate HR processes
Work to KPI Targets that are to be established yearly

Qualifications & Skills：

Education Background： Bachelor's Degree or above

Profession: Automotive or Engineering or Marketing

Experience: 5 years+ sales in relative industry

Language: Oral and written English

Attitude of Team Player

Excellent Understanding of Customer Relationship Management

4. 跟踪客户账款回笼情况，保证及时到付；

5. 定期沟通，给”直接领导经理”提供每周工作汇报(WOR)包括：周工作任务和月收益预测；

6. 参加每月EMT会议，准备销售方面支持性的PPT包括销售活动和季度财务预测；

7. 负责推广Eicher Engineering Solutions在中国的销售、营销，品牌和工程服务；

8. 与全球团队合作，深化开展中国的业务计划和市场营销战略

9. 跟踪和执行业务计划；

10. 向高级管理层汇报，建议和提供适于企业发展的新市场和新机遇；

11. 向高级管理层提供市场信息、市场趋势和经济情况

12. 遵循企业的人事管理流程

执行每年设立的关键绩效考核指标

岗位资格要求：

教育背景： 本科以上学历；

专业要求：汽车、工程或营销相关专业；

5 年以上同行业或相关行业销售经验

专业要求：熟悉汽车行业或相关行业销售情况；

语言：能熟练使用中文和英文作为工作语言；

具有团队精神
