1.Standards & Guidelines
2.Product definition based on concept & customer inputs;
3.Product Design concept;
4.Function analysis / DFMEA / KCC;
5.RPS, tolerance stack book, Gap plan & Geometry convergence;
6.BOP specifications;
7.Design validation (Product CAE & Physical tests);
8.ECR tracking for product change;
9.Product performance tuning;
10.Complete understanding of Plastic Injection Molding.

Qualifications :
1.Innovative and open mindset;
2.Above Bachelor degree or Master degree in automotive engineering, machanical engineering or related disciplines;
3.Min 5 years interior system work experience required (IP, DP, console prefer，bumper);
4.GD&T, RPS knowledge requied;
5.English communication required;
6.Basic injection, foaming, slush process knowledge;
7.Experience in interior product engineering process.

任职资格：
1.具有创新和开放的思维；
2.车辆工程，机械设计或相关专业本科或以上学历；
3.至少5年内饰系统工作经验（仪表板，门板，中控台以及保险杠经验优先考虑）；
4.对GD&T和RPS有充分的理解和工作经验；
5.英语熟练；
6.有基本的注塑、发泡、搪塑的工艺知识；
7.有内饰产品工程经验。
