Title:China Tax Manager - US Listed Manufacturing
Attractive package and full responsibility over tax
Our client is a US-listed engaging in contract manufacturing services. This role is required to be in charge of overall tax matter, planning and transfer pricing.

Job Description
- To setup and manage tax risk management policy and procedures, report findings to the tax risk committee organization for tax planning, tax risks control and management purposes.
- Tax planning (for China operating locations)
- To review and managing tax compliance, tax audits and tax filings
- Identify tax risks and opportunities related to Company's new investments as well as advise China operation locations on tax aspects of their current operations in the region

The Successful Applicant
We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications:
- 5 -10 years of experience in tax management position in MNC in manufacturing industry or tax firm
- Familiar with US GAAP tax Accounting
- Strong China tax practices and familiar with cross border tax planning techniques, prefer good experience of both tax and law
- Experience in Big 4 Accounting Firms tax consulting service as an added advantage
- Proven ability to develop strong relationships and have good relationship with tax authorities
- Possess a willingness to travel as extensive travel may be required
