职位描述

Role Summary/Purpose
This role will provide full HR responsibilities including aligning HR strategy to business function strategy, staffing, talent development & retention, employee relations to help grow the business.
Essential Responsibilities
· Providing leadership, direction and expertise for the full scope of HR functions including: salaried and non-salaried employee relations, employee compensation, employee engagement and organizational design and change
· Leading and leveraging GE HR processes within the business (Performance Management, Salary Planning/Reward Management, Succession Planning and Talent Management, e360 Survey), cross-functional communication and the transfer of learning and best practice sharing within the HR network
· Coaching and counseling employees regarding HR policies and procedures relative to transfer, promotion, compensation, benefits and conditions of employment
· Focusing on identification, selection, and retention of world-class talent to ensure a dynamic pipeline of talent
· Serving as an employee advocate, balancing fair labor standards, GE policy and practice and business needs
· Partnering with client leadership and local HR counterparts to plan and execute strategies that ensure maximum engagement of human resource capital and develop consistent policies and practices across P&Ls in Site
· Proactively managing HR systems in order to maintain integrity of employee and organizational data
· Ensuring employment compliance with China Labor Law and local regulations.
Qualifications/Requirements
1. Bachelor' degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related discipline in which business knowledge and an understanding of human resource practices are gained
2. At least 5 years experience with HR Generalist responsibilities such as recruiting, training, compensation, benefits, employee development or performance management
3. Outstanding communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
4. Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions, manage conflicting priorities in a fast paced environment and effectively interface with high-level leaders
5. Process and detail oriented, including strong organizational and prioritization skills
6. Sound knowledge of local labor laws and government requirements
7. Pro-active and able to work effectively within cross-functional and multicultural teams.
8. Excellent English communication skills, both in oral and written.

1. Oracle HR systems knowledge;
2. Good knowledge about Healthcare industry;
3. Strong presentation skills
