Human Resources Manager (US/Europe MNC background prefer)

Responsibilities:
Manage full spectrum of HR services including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits;
Work closely with the GM and the Regional HR manager to oversee the HR management in the office located in Shanghai;
Self starter with high degree of independence and can-do mindset;
Review HR policies to ensure relevance and competitiveness;
Monitor and improve employee relations;
Ensure compliance with local labour law;
Design, propose and deliver quality HR development programs
Lead or assist in ad hoc HR projects.

Requirements:
Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
5 years of solid experience earned in MNC
Minimum 3 years of experience in managerial capacity
Familiar with China labour law and local practices is a MUST
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Fluent in written and spoken English and Putonghua
Based in Shanghai and frequent travel in PRC
