Position: Finance Manger

Responsibilities:

Overall responsible for daily work of Accounting department and ensure all sorts of financial procedures and policies implement strictly; 全面负责会计部门的日常运作, 确保公司各项财务流程和政策的严格执行；

Perfect Accounting regulations and operation procedure, and improve the efficiency of financial work and cost control; 完善公司的会计制度和操作流程，提高财务工作效率和有效的进行费用控制；

Guide and arrange subordinate to complete monthly closing and ensure various financial date and statement deliver timely and accurately; 指导和安排下属完成每月的财务关帐, 并且确保各种财务数据和报表及时的、准确的发送；

In charge of tax related task, tax avoidance in legal way according to national law and internal financial regulations and rules;负责税务有关的工作，依照法律法规及公司内部的财务规定合理避税；

Make annual financial budget planning and monitor the budget performance; 编制年度的财务预算计划及监督预算执行情况；

Organize and coordinate annual internal and external auditing; 组织、协调完成每年的内、外部审计工作；

Provide financial analysis for decision and development of organization business when necessary; 必要时为公司的事业发展和决策提供财务分析；

Consolidation reporting to HQ monthly and other sister companies reports

提供月合并报表及其他关联公司报表

分支机构的财务监管 Finance supervision of Xiaogan Branch

Other task assigned and keeping good relationship with HQ in France; 完成上司安排的其他工作, 保持和法国总部联系；

Continuously improves operational processes 持续改进营运过程

Authority and Responsibility for 职责和授权 :

Perform and answer by function described above 职能描述中的责任和授权.

Bachelor or above degrees in accounting or finance related discipline. 本科及以上学历，会计及财务有关专业

Experience 经验要求:

More than 10 years working experience with at least 3 years managerial experience as accounting manager in a foreign company,

Preferable in manufacturing industry companies. 10年以上外资企业工作经验，至少3年财务经理经验，制造业优先。

Competencies技能:

Knowledge of ERP system;有一定的ERP知识， Good team player, detail oriented, patient and able to work under pressure. 良好的团队合作能力，注重细节，耐心，能承受一定的

压力；

Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. 熟练的计算机应用

Good English or French language ability in reading, writing and speaking. 良好的英语或法语听说读写能力。
