Job Summary
As part of the supporting function in the Metro HR Shared Service Center (MHSCC), you will provide excellent professional services to the business with the customers in focus
Main Responsibilities
* Set day-to-day objectives for the team and supervise junior co-workers
* Check and confirm all payroll reports and reconciliations prior to submission for approval
* Develop and ensure control procedures are followed and signed-off
* Ensure the system is most updated and comply with country legislative updates
* Participate in review of operation manuals or procedure guides and implementation of recommendations
* Perform HR Information System authorization checks
* Assist and contribute to the new HR Information System module development and conduct related training
* Be present and available for all new customers from 1st live pay run
Key Requirements
Knowledge & Skill:
ü Bachelor degree or above
ü Fluent in spoken and written English
ü Recent experience of at least 5 years in payroll or related roles-Able to implement continual improvement processes
ü Familiar with HRIS (knowledge of SAP is a MUST)
ü Experience in HR Shared Service Center is essential
ü Highly developed interpersonal skills
Ability & Behavior:
ü Experience in management of small to medium organizations; Ability to influence others
ü Target-driven, self-motivated and willing to take responsibility
ü Strong analytical, problem solving, organization and prioritization skills
ü Decisiveness and Action oriented-Judgment and Objectivity
ü High degree of commitment and ability to deliver outstanding customer service
ü Excellent people management and communication skills, including mentoring for professional development
