职位描述

Responsibilities


- Work with the TC consultant to exercise the tenant coordination of appointed tenants, from their planning phase.

- Carry out IICG standardized procedures, specifications and manuals.

- Manage and control collection of tenants’ security deposits.

- Coordinate the optimisation of shop layouts to fit the needs of tenants and to balance commercial aspects, time schedule and cost to meet legal and technical requirements.

- Review tenant drawings and requirements to assure compliance with IICG Standards, as well as the base building layout, provisions and specifications.


Special Responsibilities:


1. Preparation:

- Developing and implementing tenant area hand over, design and fit out standards and procedures.

- Establish, update and follow up tenant fit out costs and budgets.

- Coordination among the Project Teams, the tenants, the fit out companies and the authorities

2. Realization of the construction of the tenant shops:

- Work with relevant parties to ensure the tenant fit out works are carried out according to the agreed goals of safety, quality, time and cost.

- Assist in obtaining permits for fit-out works

3. Steering the tenants work:

- Manage to ensure all relevant permissions are obtained for any tenant fit out works.

- Daily inspection of the fit-out site to ensure fit out works are in compliance with IICG China standards

- Daily inspection of the fit out site to ensure tenants’ fit out contractors implement safety measures that are in compliance with the national, regional and IICG China safety requirements.

- Follow up of the fit out the cost status, take control measure to ensure total cost within the budget

- Work with relevant parties to ensure fit out works progress according to agreed time table

- Keep a log of all activities

4. Finishing of the tenants shops:

- Secure and control all relevant permissions, especially those relating to safety and fire protection

- Secure all payment by tenant to IICG China are received

- Coordinate and finalise all relevant documentation


Qualifications


Knowledge& Background:


- Good coordination and management experience in retail fit-out works.

- >6 years experience in commercial development/construction/fitting-out industry.

- Good understanding of retailers needs and demands, both internationally and locally in China.

- Familiar with China National Ordinance of specific services in construction /fitting-out industry.

- Fluent in Mandarin both verbally as well as written

- Experience from China. Working in an international environment is a plus.
