JOB SUMMARY

To assure that exact and reliable information is collected in the accounting system in order to support reporting and the “decision making” process. Permanent check and follow-up of internal and external accounting procedures application in the company.

Main Mission

1． Monthly GL entries for payroll, bonus provision, amortization, local freight accrual, interest expense accrual, PR accrual etc.

2． Maintain fixed assets register and monthly depreciation

3． Stocktaking arrangement and reports

4． Monthly and annual closing and produce financial statement in according to PRC GAAP on time

5． Analyze various between standard cost and actual cost

6． Account transaction for export refund and import material

7． Assist in preparation of financial report to Finance/ Statistical Bureau

8． Coordinate with various department to facilitate internal and external audits

Competences and education background

1． Excellent verbal and written communication skills

2． Computer proficient

3． Ability to collect, maintain and analyze data

4． Ability to work in a fast paced

5． Ability and availability to work unusual hours

6． Confidentiality

7． Must be able to work in a team environment

8． Must successfully complete all required training

9． Bachelor degree in accounting or finance preferred

10． College graduated, at least 3 years general accounting experience in a manufacturing environment (Automotive preferred)
