1.业务报表的设计制作
Design and produce the business reportings
- 设计有效的报表，以满足各方面的需要,包括销售数字的情况、服务水平、销售质量,以及业务的变化
Design effective reporting to satisfy different needs, including sales data, service, sales quality and business changes
- 提出有效的解决方案，将报表应用于系统，使之在各地区得到应用
Put forward effective solving projects and apply the reporting to systems, thus making it adopted in different regions
- 制作总公司层面的各类业务报表
Make all business reportings for parent company
- 培训各地区MIS，使之及时有效的完成各地区业务报表
train MIS of different regions, making whom be able to finish the business reportings timely and effectively
2.业务数据的分析
Business data analysis
- 设置主要性能指标，并通过定期的报表分析，包括KPI达成情况分析以及跨区域及跨项目的分析,为销售团队提出参考建议
Set major indexes, regularly analyze the reporting, including analyzing KPI and different regions and projects to provide reference for the sales team
- 跟进销售团队业务指标的变化，及时做出分析，以提示销售团队
Track the changes of business indexes of sales teams, analyze the changes to provide reference to sales teams
- 负责落实业务分析数据显示问题的改进执行情况
Improve the problems indicated in the business analysis data
3.信息维护
Information maintainance
- 负责相关系统的信息维护工作，保证平台对业务的良好支持
Maintainance of information of related systems to ensure platform's support for the business
- 负责其他相关部门所需业务数据的提供
Supply the business data needed by other related departments
4.手续费相关

- 负责直销行销合作项目手续费结算实现系统化
Systematize the calculation of the medium expense of projects in direct response marketing
- 协助项目经理做好手续费结算核对工作
