Job Responsibilities:
? Working with global manufacturing operations, quality and engineering teams in Germany, USA and China, define and document Industrial IT production and test requirements, equipment and methodologies for manufacturing in China.
? Analyze and plan work flow, equipment, layout, space requirements and electrical requirements for the China manufacturing facility.
? Lead and coordinate the establishment of manufacturing processes, facility and production lines for Industrial IT products in China by working with local manufacturing operations specialists, contractors and equipment vendors.
? Act as the project manager for the project to set up the manufacturing operations in China. Act as the manufacturing liaison to the global Industrial IT team.
? Review and/or develop manufacturing test techniques/specifications including ICT, functional, and final test. Lead the planning, ddesigning and installation of manufacturing test methods and equipment for Industrial IT products.
? Develop manufacturing process flow diagrams and process validation protocols/reports.
? Perform qualification of test fixtures and test equipment to ensure test systems are capable of providing accurate and reliable test results.
? Working with local manufacturing operations specialists, coordinate the integration of Industrial IT manufacturing processes with the existing manufacturing operations IT infrastructure, databases and reporting. Prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
? Define and document calibration and maintenance requirements of all test fixtures and equipment.


Job Requirements:
? Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
? Minimum of seven years of total technical experience
? Minimum three years of experience as a Manufacturing and / or Manufacturing Test Engineer.
? Experience with test automation
? Experience managing projects to establish production and / or test facility for networking equipment
? Good written and spoken English skills.
