Job 1: Synopsys Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineer (VCS)

Responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting and debugging software programs on Synopsys’s verification platform -- VCS, a Verilog simulator/complier.
More specifically, main focus of our team is to enhance current VCS simulator engine to deliver higher performance to our customers.

Requirements:
1) Proficient with C/C++ on Linux/UNIX
2) Good knowledge in data structures and algorithms
3) Good problem solving skills
4) Familiar with computer architecture, compiler construction,
and simulation software.
5) Knowledge of Verilog/VHDL is a plus
6) Master/PhD in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
7) Experience on simulator-based project from scratch to finish.
8) Debugging and problem solving techniques.
9) Linux shell, perl scripts.

Job 2: Synopsys R&D Engineer_CustomDesign

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining CustomExplorer regression , and he/she needs to have the ability on scripting to develop regression environment . The candidate needs to make contribution on improving code coverage . The candidate is also expected to play an important role in CustomExplorer feature testing , especially in analog SPICE design and AMS design , and must have the ability to work on multiple synchronous tasks , and have good communication skills .

Requirements :
1.Master in Electrical Engineering .
2.Good communication skills .
3.Scripting skills (perl/shell/tcl).
4.Experience in software GUI testing is a plus .
5.C/C++ program experience is a plus .

Job 3: Synopsys R&D Engineer_MilkyWay

Job description:
? Responsible for research and development of EDA tools in ASIC back-end flow, focusing on software development in Static Timing Analysis stage.

Job Requirements:
? Master or Bachelor in CS/EE with 3+ years’ experience in complex software programming of related field.
? Excellent software programming skills with hand-on C/C++ programming experience under Unix/Linux. Strong background in data structures and algorithms is required.
? Good knowledge on Digital Logic Circuit and Static Timing Analysis concepts are necessary.
? Strong desires to learn and explore new technologies and able to demonstrate good analysis and problem solving skills.
? Good written and verbal English communication skills are necessary.
? Able to work independently on project planning, implementation and testing.
? Self-motivated and good team working spirit.
? Experience in EDA industry or IC design especially in back-end flow is a plus.

Job 4: Synopsys R&D Engineer

Job Requirement for Fresh Grads:
Ph.D or MS in EE or CS or Applied mathematics.
Major in EDA related is strongly preferred
? The candidates must demonstrate strong programming skills using C/C++ with knowledge and capability of software engineering. Experience on development of complex software projects and a strong background in data structures and algorithms is required.
? Knowledge of semiconductor device and circuit.
? The candidate need to have strong desires to learn/explore new technologies and demonstrate good analysis and problem-solving skills. Prior knowledge and experience of CAD tool development is a plus.
? Strong commitment to project success and good team collaboration spirit.
? The candidate is expected to be able to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways. Exercises judgment in selecting methods and techniques to obtain solutions. Contributes to complex aspects of a project. Determines and develops approach to solutions. Work is independent and collaborative.
? Fluent English in both written and speaking is preferred.

Job 5: Synopsys Software Engineer

The position is a software Engineer who will participate in the design and implement of CustomExplorer. CustomExplorer is a simulation debug and analysis environment for analog and mixed-signal design. The successful candidate will work on the design and implement of a variety of features, incorporating any of parsing, database generation, GUI foundation, simulation setup, automatic schematic generation, design browser and schematic interface.

Requirements:
* Master degree of CS/EE
* Strong programming skill in C/C++
* Good sense on data structure and good programming practice
* Passion in technique and with habits to learn
* Familiar with GUI language is a plus
