Position Description
Responsibilities
1. Market research, customer demand analyzes.
2. Demand analysis: form up regulated market needs document.
3. Product development, organize the software development team and required resources, to develop the product plans, and follow up with the progress of the development, organize technical discussions.
4. Daily product management, manage bugs of the product.
5. Project summary, about development experience
6. Team building: the formation, building, and training work, to form up competiveness team.
7. Temporary work assigned by the company.

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree at Computer, Communications, mapping, GIS or related professions.
2. Engaged in product management or design, have experience in teamwork. Outstanding people may be appropriate to the requirements.
3. Familiar with C/C++ language, or C#, VS2008, SQL Server, Oracle, DB2 and etc., at least one.
4. Familiar and acquires skills as in ODBC, ADO programming interface of the database, and Windows development knowledge.
5. Have development experience using MFC, priority to those have WINCE embedded development experience.
6. Strong ability in management the development team, can bear in pressure, do rigorous work and work hard, with great responsibility
7. Priority to those who has 2 years or higher working experience in technical management, 2 years working experience in large or medium enterprises will be much better.
