资深软件构建/发布工程师（senior build engineer)

岗位职责：

1. 负责管理软件代码、版本，识别软件开发过程中存在的问题并拟就解决方案；

2. 负责制定配置管理计划，针对项目进行配置库的规划；

3. 搭建配置管理环境，建立和维护配置库，保证配置库稳定运行；

4. 制订配置管理规范，对各项目组成员进行配置规范及配置工具的培训；

5. 参与公司配置管理过程优化；

6. 内部日常工作及事务协调；

7. 领导安排的其他工作。

职位要求：

1. 计算机相关专业本科学历，英语四级以上；

2. 精通或掌握一种以上配置管理工具的安装与配置，如VSS,CVS,SVN,Clearcase等；

3. 了解CMMI 、ISO9001等质量体系，能够结合CMMI质量体系进行软件过程的改进工作；

4. 掌握配置管理基本知识，熟悉软件工程理论，熟悉软件开发过程；

5. 有良好的文档编写能力，熟练使用office工具；

6. 良好的语言表达能力及团队合作精神。

Post Responsibilities:

1. Managing projects code, version control, and solving the problems during the development.

2.Taking charge in making Configuration Management Plan, and planning the directories tree of the repository for the projects.

3. Building and maintaining the Configuration Management system to keep it working stable.

4. Making the Configuration Management criterions and training the employees .

5. Helping optimize the Configuration Management processes in the company .

6. Experienced in Build & Release management.

7. Cmpleting other works that the manager arranges.

Post Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree (or above) in Computer Science or related technical discipline ,at least CET-4 .

2. Having rich experience of one or more of the following Configuration Management tools: VSS, CVS, SVN, Clear Case. Knowledge in Linux Admin is a strong plus .

3.Well learned in CMMI, ISO9001 and so on. and use it to improve the software development processes .

4.Knowledge and experience in software development and integration .

5. Good at document writing, and skilled in using Office .

6. Good at communication，having the teamwork spirit.
