Responsiblities:
1.Lead the lean project for global brand, set the mile stone for project advancement
2. Build brand own facotry to be the "learning laboratory" for lean.
3. Set up stitching minutes data base for all supplier
4. Develop Lean Manufacturing training materials
5. Serve as internal consultant working with supplier to establish future vision for operations and the development of a strategic plan for implementation.
6. Set up the lean audit system in supplier


Requirement:
1. Sportive: practice regular sport
2. Minimum 3 years experience working experience in a Lean operating system.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, mandarin & French is a plus! .
4. Previous management or project management experience.
5.Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business or applicable course of study.
6.Specialized knowledge in the principles, practices, and implementation of stitching minutes & Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques in garment industry.
7.Demonstrated proficiency in the teaching and presentation of technical materials.
8. Leadership of kaizen improvement events.
9.Ability to manage multiple responsibilities concurrently
10. Be able to travel frequently
