Responsibilities:
- To improve the production technology according to requirement from pilot or the demand of production and market
- To follow up and monitor the improving process of production technology, put forward solution in case any problem arises
- To arrange implementation of new equipement/process/jigs/and ensure on-time capacity extension
- To communicate with supervisors if relevant departments on requirement or changes if production, to coordinate the material supply and logistics of production
- To transmit to producer process information and knowledge and where necessary provide relevant training in order to ensure smooth operation of production
- As leader, to communicate production change or new requirement, such as sub-con, localization

Requirements:
- Bachelor of industrial engineering, electric engineer, master of industrial enginneering is a plus
- 3-5 years knowledge/experience in manual&auto process, production&maintenance management experience is a plus
- Production flow & finance knowledge, lean & 6 Sigma knowledge
- English CET-6, good in oral
- Good at windows environment, auto CAD
