职位描述
1. Make regional business development strategies and action plans. Identify and prioritize strategic points of sales across the region. Lead regional sales team to achieve business targets. Develop and improve regional customer base in order to build up effective and qualified distribution network including new distributors, new cities, new malls and new department stores.
2. Lead Area Sales Manager to well manage relationship with department store management.
3. Work with Marketing Department in setting up various marketing activities including promotion, new product launch, in-store fairs etc. for the region.
4. Visit distributors and retail shops in key markets on a regular basis. Build up relationship with department stores directly. Upgrade the market information and provide constructive suggestions to the company.
5. Manage team and develop regional sales force. Provide coach and feedback to the team. Develop sales staff's competencies.
Requests
-Bachelor degree or above.
- At least 10 years experiences in retail & department store. At least 5 years experiences in team management.
- Good experiences in distributor development and management. Be familiar with retail channels including department stores.
- Rich experiences in business development, and good acumen in marketing. Deep understanding about the economy and market of a certain region.
-Good team management capabilities. Strong leadership, communication and execution.
- Good planning skills. Team player. . Self-motivated.
- Good writing and speaking skills in English
- Can afford high working pressure.
- Can travel.
