JOB SUMMARY
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the human resources practices related to employee relations, recruitment, health and safety, compensation, training, and community relations
Main Mission
l Develop, implement, coordinate and maintain policies and procedures related to recruitment, employment, labor relations, wage and benefit administration, safety, worker’s compensation and training
l Gather, analyze and maintain accurate data related to Human Resource indicators
l Compute, withhold, and account for all payroll
l Maintain overall supervision of the plant’s recruitment, placement and training programs
l Ensure compliance with various local and state rules and regulations
l Coordinate and direct the administration of employee safety and health programs assuring compliance with the standards
l Administer wage and salary policies and structures, and performance appraisal programs
l Assure that the organization’s compensation program is competitive and equitable and in keeping with the organizations compensation philosophy and competitive with the surrounding area and industry
l Prepare and issue manuals describing human resources policies, and interpret such policies for executives and supervisors to insure consistency and appropriate application
l Identify, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor, facilitate and deliver a facility-training plan consistent with the facility mission, direction, goals and customer requirements
l Identify, plan, develop and implement a health, safety and environmental program ensuring compliance with local, state and federal rules and regulations
l Formulates general safety policies and measures to be followed by the plant personnel
l Consults with all departments on design and use of equipment, fire prevention and safety programs
l Establish the maintenance of personnel records
l Must comply with all work rules, policies and procedures
l Must comply with all safety rules and regulations and promote safety awareness
l Provide support to other positions as needed
l Establish disciplinary policies
l Maintain good relationship with the local authorities (Labor office and etc.)
Competences and education background
l Bachelor degree on related field
l Good experience of various local, state rules and regulations
l 5 years and above Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment (International JV)
