岗位职责描述： Take action on all emergency reparation.
- 进行所有的紧急维修
- Prepare preventive maintenance plan( 4 levels), apply it and follow it;
- 准备预防性的维修计划（4个层次），实施并跟进；
- Order & manage spare parts with necessary safety stock;
- 申请采购和管理设备备件的库存
- Prepare necessary training schedule for production operator and maintenance, and provide training;
- 准备必须的设备操作和保养的培训计划，并提供培训
- Continuously improve equipment/ facility;
- 持续改善设备/设施
- Organize installation of new machine/ equipment;
- 组织新机器/设备的安装
- Support the process engineer with existing knowledge about tools and industrial alternatives to solve problems;
- 利用已有的知识支持工艺工程师关于工具和工业选择的问题解决和改进
- Maintain a safe and convenient working environment;
维持一个安全和方便的工作环境
岗位要求：1.Secondary and higher education,mechanical and electrical related major.
中专及以上学历，机电类相关专业。
2.2 more years working experience,experience in thermal processing equipment maintenance is prefered.
2年以上工作经验，有热加工设备维护经验的优先。
3.hard-working ,with strong teamwork and professionalism.
吃苦耐劳，具备较强的团队合作能力和敬业精神。
