Sapporo Sales Manager
With the success of our 26 centres in various cities in Japan, we are now opening our first branch in Sapporo, the capital and largest city of Hokkaido. One of Japan's newest and nicest cities, Sapporo has a population of nearly 2 million people. With its lovely open, tree-filled boulevards to enjoy in the summer and the beautiful Snow Festival and ski mountains in the winter, it is one of Japan's most hospitable, homely, and gorgeous places to live in.
We are inviting overseas Japanese natives to join the Regus family. It's time for you to come back home and take on this new challenge to start up our business in Sapporo from scratch and grow it into one of our most profitable businesses in Asia Pacific!
Under direct supervision of the Area Director (based in Tokyo), the Sales Manager is responsible for generating profitable new business that meets or exceeds territory objectives and meets sales budgets/targets in accordance with the Regus Sales Process.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Generates profitable new business within Sapporo in order to exceed set targets
· Manages the entire sales cycle from lead/enquiry development, negotiation to close
· Pro-actively self-generates leads & effectively manages the pipeline generated through marketing
· Keeps abreast of the local market by attending networking events and building strong channel relationships with commercial brokers
· Manages the customer service team and renews existing accounts.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
· Ability to close deals within a short term sales cycle
· Ability to identify prospects' needs and network at a high level
· An aggressive and sales hungry individual
· Good English with Native Japanese language skills
