Responsibilities
- Set up relationship with all permitting related government bureaus
- Maintain government relationships in a proper way
- Understand and map out the function and responsibilities of each bureau
- Support project team to map out the permitting flowchart and checklists
- Acting as bridge between government and project team
- Organize & coordinate important activities related to government visits/meetings
- Communicate with related authorities concerning IICG’s position of legal compliance and business ethics
- Other relevant tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Knowledge& Background:
- University/Bachelor degree or equivalent knowledge
- >5 years experience in construction/project development industry
- Good knowledge and understanding of project permitting process and policy in China
- Basic knowledge about project process and construction process
- Preferably experience with working with a Project Construction Management consultant or client.
- Self awareness and understand how your behavior effects others
- Strong integrity and fearlessness
- Driving and constructive, with the competence to work as well independent as in a team
Skills & Abilities:
- Interacts with others in a sensitive and effective way. Respects and works well with others. Good communication skill.
- Upright personality, integrity and uphold highest standard of professional ethics
- Dynamic, pro active, willing to learn and to work in a challenging environment
- Excellent social competence and outstanding diplomatic skill to act in different situations, management levels and cultures
- Dealing with conflict of interest between different parties
- Positive attitude & Service minded
- Fluent in both Chinese and English, and proficient in computer
- Detail-oriented and good coordinator
- Worked for Well known developer experience will be a plus
